Andrea Ćirlićová

An expert in energy, Smart Cities, and environmental sustainability with an international background. She was involved in the establishment of ENTSOG, where she contributed to implementing European legislation and supporting the integration of the energy market, with a focus on transparency, competitiveness, and security of supply. Her professional path later led her into consulting and to topics of corporate and urban energy, mobility, and public space. Over time, she specialized in Smart Cities, connecting processes, technologies, data, and strategic management to improve quality of life in cities – with an emphasis on efficiency, inclusiveness, sustainability, and resilience. She currently works at Novartis, focusing on environmental sustainability and developing innovative solutions to reduce the environmental impact of human activity and adaptation to climate change. In her work, she combines system thinking with a strong focus on practical, integrated solutions addressing today’s complex challenges.
