
She studied International Relations and European Studies. She began her professional career in international business, where she worked as a Business Manager and gained more than 16 years of experience in business and commerce. She has long focused on the impact of parental leave in the Czech Republic, diversity and inclusion, workplace flexibility, corporate and family friendly policies, and mentoring. She is the founder of the M.arter ecosystem, which promotes the idea that “Parental leave is not a barrier if you do not want it to be” and helps parents and employers find a functional balance between work and family life. Her goal is to improve conditions for mothers of young children in the labor market and in society. Her passions include data, statistics, expert analysis, and leadership. She works as a mentor for startups and individuals, while actively supporting innovation, community building, and workplace flexibility. She has received numerous awards for her work, including Woman of the Year 2024, Deloitte Technology Fast 50 – Impact Stars of 2024, Most Dedicated Parental Support & Diversity Leader 2024 within the CEO Excellence Awards, and Freedompreneur of the Year at the Central European Startup Awards 2019. The M.arter project has also been recognized as an example of good practice by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and won the Innovative Employee Benefit of the Year award at the Profi HR Awards.
