Uwe Flach

Uwe will join us at eBF as an experienced leader in consultancy, organizational development, and international affairs at the Austrian national procurement agency (Bundesbeschaffung GmbH). We will see him on the Amazon stage, demonstrating practical examples of centralization and decentralization of procurement at both global and local levels. In addition to specializing in e-procurement, he also serves as a trainer in various EU educational programs and acts as an expert at international events under the auspices of the OECD and other organizations.
