Pavel Hrnčíř

Pavel has worked in procurement his entire career, mostly in banking. He started in IT and project sourcing at Komerční banka, then spent nine years building procurement at the newly formed Equa bank. After the bank merger with Raiffeisenbank, he oversaw Central Procurement. After the experience running procurement teams in banking, he decided to go independent and now works as a procurement consultant for various banking and industrial companies, mainly in the IT sector. Apart from that, he likes to buy anything with an engine and at least two wheels. He also finds meaning and mission in being involved in various charitable activities.
