Michal has nearly 20 years of experience in procurement in various international companies (FMCG, consulting, energy sector) with clear objectives to optimize procurement activities. His career also includes a mission in FMCG sales to understand the entire supply chain from customers to production and back. Recently, he has been focusing on optimizing the procurement process, Problem-Solving, Simplification, Sustainability, and Risk Management areas and leadership. Moreover, he likes assisting with the personal development of his colleagues. He is the Procurement Director at Orkla Foods Czech Republic and Slovakia.
