Jaroslav Lexa is an eternal optimist who has never lost faith in the possibility of procuring in Slovakia in a funny, engaging, economical, and compliant with the law. He writes contracts, objections, articles, and books and used to have a blog. As a public procurement trainer, he can shed light on where common sense is found in the law. He is a recognized public procurement expert, promoting innovative practices in this area, including social and environmental aspects. Moreover, he is a co-founder of the Slovak APUeN. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Office for Public Procurement, to which he was appointed by the Government of the Slovak Republic in 2020.
