According to Jakub, everyone should find their work enjoyable simply because we spend a significant portion of our lives doing it. He himself strives to go a step further by closely following current events and embracing new challenges and opportunities. He enjoys communicating with people with the main goal of successfully completing entrusted projects. This holds true in his current role as the Director of the High-Speed Rail Construction Administration (VRT) at the state-owned company Railway Administration, where he finds relevance in one of the Latin proverbs stating that "no one is obliged to do the impossible." He adds, "We can at least try."
