He studied Management and Marketing at the Economics Faculty of UMB Banská Bystrica. While still studying he was already working in a PR agency as a project manager. In 1999, after graduation, he joined Molex as Assistant Director-General for a joint ventures in Eastern Europe. In 2002 he moved to the position of European Purchasing Coordinator. In 2005 he left to join Hengstler, where he worked until the end of 2007 as a Materials Manager and EE sourcing specialist. In the years 2008-2010 he worked as EMEA Sourcing Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, from where he moved to the position of Director of Tatra purchasing, where he worked until 2011. In 2011, he accepted an offer from Lenovo and became General Senior Procurement Manager for the entire EMEA region. He joined Pall International in 2013, where he is head of the European purchasing department at IPO-Internation in the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager.
